If the app runs an engine-light-only scan automatically after pressing Read Codes this can mean one of three things:

  1. Your vehicle make does not currently support enhanced codes
  2. Your vehicle model does not support enhanced codes
    (usually due a non-standard diagnostic system or badge engineered vehicle built by another manufacturer)
  3. The vehicle was not identified successfully

If your vehicle supports enhanced codes (FAQ) and was identified successfully, but you still are not able to run an All Modules or Common Dash Lights scan you can contact support through the app (MoreĀ tab) or by creating a support ticket on this page.
